First Community Event for Two Rivers UMC

Our church will participate in "Haunted Woods" at Hillsborough River State Park on Saturday, October 17 from 5 to 7 pm. We will hand out treats and other prizes to all the kids participating in the event. The organizers tell us to plan for 500 kids and it will be a joy to be out in the community. We will also have information about the church and an opporutnity for people to register their personal information.

All church families are encouraged to join in the fun and provide a decorated vehicle by applying to participate here. Please put that you are part of Two River UMC on the application. If you cannot attend but want to support the event you can donate candy or other halloween prizes by bringing them to a church gathering on or before October 11. You may also make a financial contribution here.

The Haunted Woods Event is a fundraiser providing the majority of funds raised each year are used to help maintain and support the needs of Hillsborough River State Park and Fort Foster Historic Site. It will be great to help support this fundraiser and meet our neighbors.
